Adult Beginner (Ages 16+)

Prerequisites: None

A fully structured class where adults new to gymnastics can learn skills through coach directed stations and circuits. Try everything from cartwheels and handstands to beam and bars!

Adult Advanced (Ages 16+)

A fully structured class for experienced adults who are looking for a coach directed class to continue developing their skills.

Recreation Director Approval required.
