Registering for sessions

2024 winter session registration is open.

2024 summer camp registration is opening in January.

We strongly recommend creating an account in advance of registering for activities as spaces fill quickly.

Create an account with KWGC

We strongly recommend creating an account in advance of registering for activities as spaces fill quickly. To do this:

  1. Click here to create an account with KWGC. You will add your family details as well as payment information. This is so that class registrations can be processed smoothly. Your card will not be charged until you register for a class.
  2. Once this is processed you will have access to our family portal.
  3. When classes become available you can find and register for classes on the family portal.

Register for classes on our website

  1. Click on the ‘Recreation’ tab at the top of this page and click ‘Recreational classes’ to find a list of classes
  2. Click on the type of class you’re interested in to be taken to the schedule. Classes that are available will have a ‘register’ button beside them. Classes that are full will show the ‘waitlist’ button.
  3. Click ‘register’ or ‘waitlist’ beside the class you’d like to sign up to to be taken to a registration form.

If you already have an account

For current members or those with accounts, you can find classes on the family portal. Login to the family portal and search for your class there.
