Register for up to 3 waitlists of your desired classes or times. Registration is first come first serve. If you require a specific class day and time. Only join one waitlist.
Admin team will add athletes to class, and remove them from remaining waitlist. You will receive a email once you have been added to a class.
All classes are colour coded Red, Yellow, Orange, Green. Red classes are peak traffic in the gym, Yellow classes are moderate traffic, Orange classes are medium traffic and Green is low traffic
