Why we Fundraise

Throughout the year Kitchener-Waterloo Gymnastics Club provides fundraising opportunities to our competitive and recreational families.

For competitive program families, these contributions offset what would be added to monthly fees and for both recreational and competitive families, the money raised goes toward facility operating costs.

Current Fundraisers

Noah Martin Pepperoni

Beef & Pork or Turkey Pepperettes (you choose) in two vacuum packed packages (600g total). No refrigeration required.

Orders to be placed on physical order forms by August 21.

Competitive Families can receive 1 fundraising credit for every 3 packs ordered.

Dominos Gift Certificates

Families will have the opportunity to purchase a gift certificate for a large 3 topping Dominos pizza. Price of a single gift certificate is $15.

Ongoing Fundraisers

FlipGive

FlipGive provides a platform where we earn cash back on every purchase we make all year long! All you have to do is shop anytime with the brands you already love, like Home Depot, Walmart, Sport Chek, Indigo, Starbucks, Old Navy, Esso, Loblaws, Sobeys, and many more. $25 earned in FlipGive is one FEP toward your yearly commitment! You will be able to shop using the FlipGive website or app (free download available in the app store and google play).

For example, using FlipGive: If your family spends $100 per week on groceries at Zehrs, Superstore, or No Frills you will earn $26-$52 for the club in one year, this equals 1-2 FEPs

Factory Shoe

KW has a partnership with Factory Shoe. When you make a shoe purchase of $35.00 or more in store or online, KW Gymnastics will receive $5.00!

**Pick up the discount card from the KWGC front office and keep it handy to reuse any time you purchase shoes**

Any Store Location:

Any shoe purchased that is over $35.00 before tax, will give KWGC back $5.00 Present the card to the cashier and the barcode will be scanned, you get to keep the card for future purchases

Online:
Make your selections In the "Checkout" section, enter the 7 digit SKU and card number in the "Discount Offer" field.

All funds raised will go towards gym improvements.

Competitive Families:

Funds raised through this initiative do not count toward annual Fundraising/Support hour requirements

Upcoming Fundraisers

MacMillans

We will once again offer MacMillan's gourmet fresh and frozen food such as cookie mixes and frozen appetizers. Exact dates to be confirmed but families can expect orders to be submitted from October to November.

BARRS Minties

We will once again offer chocolate treats from Stratford based BARRS. Families can purchase 55g Milk Chocolate Mintie Bars. Exact dates to be confirmed but families can expect orders to be submitted submitted from October to November.

Poinsettias

We will once again offer families the opportunity to purchase poinsettia flowers, available in various sizes and colours.

Exact dates to be confirmed but families can expect that orders will be placed in November with pick-up to be scheduled at some time in December.
