Since 1965, the Kitchener Waterloo Gymnastics Club has believed that every child deserves the opportunity to discover the confidence, resilience, and lifelong benefits that sport provides.

In June 2027, that vision will expand to the national stage as the Waterloo Region hosts the 2027 Canadian Gymnastics Championships, welcoming Canada’s top artistic, trampoline, tumbling, and acrobatic gymnasts for nearly two weeks of competition (June 2nd – 13th).

As Canada’s largest amateur gymnastics event, this event will welcome approximately:

1,000 athletes
300 coaches
130 officials
More than 600 volunteers
Approximately 7,000 spectators

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the 2027 Canadian Gymnastics Championships is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and help bring this national event to life in Waterloo Region.

We are seeking individuals who are organized, collaborative, community-minded, and excited to contribute to the success of one of Canada’s premier gymnastics events. Experience in event management, sport events, or a related field is an asset.

Le comité organisateur local (COL) des Championnats canadiens de gymnastique 2027 est à la recherche de personnes passionnées et dévouées pour se joindre à notre équipe et contribuer à la réalisation de cet événement national dans la région de Waterloo.

Nous recherchons des personnes organisées, collaboratives, engagées envers leur communauté et enthousiastes à l’idée de contribuer au succès de l’un des événements de gymnastique les plus importants au Canada. Une expérience en gestion d’événements, en événements sportifs ou dans un domaine connexe constitue un atout.
